1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on 33dd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 33dd.

33dd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 33dd, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 33dd. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses. If you believe a duplicate account has been opened in your name without your consent, contact support immediately.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 33dd will never request your password via email, phone, or chat. You must not share your login details with any third party. In the event of unauthorized access:

• Change your password without delay.
• 33dd bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• Use a strong, unique password combining letters, numbers, and symbols.

Account Verification (KYC)

33dd may request official identification documents including a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity and fraud prevention purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

• All game results are determined by certified RNG systems or live-feed data providers. Results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, 33dd reserves the right to void affected bets and issue refunds where appropriate. Players will be notified of such events.
• Bets placed after the result has been determined (late bets) are void. This applies particularly to live cricket betting and virtual sports where results may be communicated faster than the platform interface can update.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or undisclosed betting strategies designed to systematically defraud 33dd will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33dd and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods or fraudulently obtained funds.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or live tables.
• Use of automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent account restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person under any circumstances.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

33dd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to your registered payment method.
